You may request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
02 Non-Returnable Products +
Personalised products, used planners, digital products, gift cards, and items damaged after delivery may not be returned unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.
03 Damaged or Incorrect Items +
Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
04 Return Delivery Costs +
Customers are normally responsible for return delivery costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Original delivery charges may not be refundable.
05 Refund Processing +
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to show the refund.
06 Exchanges and Cancellations +
Contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or dispatch has started.
Product exchanges depend on availability and may be handled as a return followed by a new order.
